We are carrying out a Human Capital Operational Program’s (HCOP) Project -  "Staff development program for Carrefour Polska Company employees" Project Human Capital, "Staff Development Program of Carrefour Polska a support of large distribution branch company growth executing a socially responsible business policy', implemented by WYG Consulting Sp. z o.o. as commissioned by Carrefour Polska Sp. z o.o. within Priority II, Human Resources development and adaptive potential of enterprises as well as improvement of employees health. Measure 2.1.1 Development of human capital in enterprises.

Project is carried out from 01/01/2009 to 31/03/2010.

The project aims to improve the managerial and professional competence of the current executive directors of Carrefour Polska as well as operational managers, the future management staff, employees with disabilities and employees who are at the age of 50 and over. The project will include trainings for 1448 employees of Carrefour Polska throughout nationwide.
